Petite Cuisine Customer Comments
THANK YOU to everyone who has written to us about their experiences with Petite Cuisine. Please read some of these letters below.

Eric, our three cats are attestable fiends for your food! I thought there might be a waning period, something like a second month working for See's Candy...But there's no loss of vigor or assertive (greedy) eating, causing even the shy cat to be nudging into the others' bowls. Then we considered the hot weather - with thoughts that they might sometime leave some food in the bowl. Not a trace. George N

To Whom It May Concern: I work at George's IGA on Shelter Island in New York and I am in charge of ordering for the pet food department.  I just started carrying your product, as a matter of fact I put it on sale this week.  They are flying off the shelf.  I have two cats of my own and they both love the food.  Thank you Alex H

Dear Eric,Thank you so much for responding. Our cats are called Kiko and Mischa. They are 17 year old Sealpoint Siamese. Kiko has been very sick with a kidney infection so has lost a lot of weight. This is almost the only food she will eat and keep down right now! I discovered it by chance at Hannaford's in the special box with a cat charm...a Siamese of course! I just wanted to make sure it contained taurine. Her favorite is Chinese Chicken. Have you considered adding turkey? They both love turkey. Anyway, your product is great and has been a lifesaver. I don't know if Kiko will make it through this, but eating is half the battle. Thanks again. Ann    RESPONSE: Yes Petite Cuisine includes Taurine in each flavor, .1% which is the minimum requirement.

I bought the variety pack last week at Ralphs in Encino & got the free charm for me. My three cats love the food & thank you from all of us.

My mom lives in San Clemente, CA and someone brought her a few cans of petite cuisine and her cat loves it!  Where can she buy it close to her? Thank you.Cherie F    RESPONSE: There are Ralphs stores in San Clemente, see the link on petitecuisine.com, under the Where Can I Buy? Tab

Hi Eric,  I received your sample, my cat loved it so I have ordered a case.  I do have one question, however.  I notice "product of Thailand" on the cans.  Is this food actually made in Thailand; is the fish imported from Thailand . . .?  Since my cat has been eating Nutro all his life (he is 7) and after Nutro was recalled, I am a little paranoid. Thank you for any info you can give and thanks for producing food that my cat really likes.    Sharon H  RESPONSE: Petite Cuisine is made in Thailand but is not associated with Menu Foods or any of the recent companies that were involved in the recall. Petite Cuisine’s manufacturers are dedicated to producing high quality food that is safe and healthy.

I work with Don N, who is singing the praises of your new catfood. I went right out and bought a sampler 4 pack but Don told me that you may be able to send some coupons my way. Thanks! Marion D   RESPONSE: Please check out the Free Variety Can offer at petitecuisine.com

Indy loved the food!  I bought some today at Ralph's.  Please tell we where the food is produced. Is it produced by Menu Foods; and are any of the ingredients sourced from China? Thank you,CharlotteRESPONSE: Petite Cuisine is made in Thailand but is not associated with Menu Foods or any of the recent companies that were involved in the recall. I decided to try the free sample of catfood I had received from the PetExpo.  Because of all the recalls I was extremely hesitant to try it.  My  cat loved the food.  Please tell me where the manufacturing plant is located. Has it been completely tested with all this recall stuff going on?I live in Laguna Beach, is there anywhere around here to purchase it?  Elaine M  RESPONSE: See above and also use the Where to Buy Link on petitecuisine.com to find a store closest to you.

After trying every brand I could get my hands on after the wheat gluton scare-I finally found your Variety Pack at the Ralphs in Waterside.  My 18 year old cat eats it and loves it.  I'm a Gelson's shopper and looked for it there on Monday.  I couldn't find any. Then when I heard about the possible grocery strike I paniced-I just stopped by Ralph's and bought all that was available.  I'm so glad that I noticed your web site address-I'll be ordering from you directly when he gets part way through this supply.  Again, a great product- April G   Response: Gelson’s is now fully stocked with Petite Cuisine.

Hi!  Just wanted to tell you how much my cats love this food :)  And with 8 cats, I've been getting a lot of it.  I love the cat charms too - which is why I am writing.  I had a lot of the sitting cat charms and gave them away to a lot of folks (I work in the veterinary field)...I always tell the people about the food.  Anyway, I had given all of my sitting cats away, knowing that I would be buying more food this week and would be getting more charms....and found that the design was now the laying cat.  Very nice!  But now I don't have a sitting cat....any chance I could get one from you?  I really liked that one :)  If not, I understand..just thought I would take a shot!  Thanks!  And thanks for a great food!  Lynn D

Just wanted to leave Eric a quick thank you note for his splendidly made food. My cat Sophie just adores all the flavors. I appreciate that it doesn't "stink"! As a matter of fact it looks like it's humanly edible!? Thanks again for this product!Best wishes for continued success!!!  Kris A

Hello, I just wanted to say that I requested the 4 pack sample and my cats love them. I usually give them wet food in the evening and I put one of your cans and the other food in separate dishes and they inhaled your sample. It does not look like I can purchase up here so I might be buying online.   Jenafor D

Hi Eric, his name is 'Mouse'.  Thank you for your wonderful product.  It has made my life so much easier.  I've purchased every brand from Rainbow Acres, Wild Oats, Whole Foods, etc.  He'd eat one can maybe two-after that, no more.  Now I pop the top and he gobbles the food down.  I'm happy it'll be coming to Gelson's.  I'll keep an eye out for it.Thanks again, April G
